CONTRACT

A) Timeshare Resort Resales pledges to advertise my timeshare until it sells, AND the transaction is closed. (See "B")
B) By signing, I recognize my responsibility to contact TRR every 90 days to inform them that my property is still on the resale market. TRR assumes my timeshare will sell or rent within 90 days, and notification will serve to reinstate my intent to continue my advertisment with TRR, as per section "A", or my advertisment may expire (Assumed Sold)
C) Listing fee is a ONE TIME, non-refundable charge. There will NEVER be any other charges, of any kind.
D) Timeshare Resort Resales  will answer all buyer or renter inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
E) Timeshare Resort Resales Pledges to respect the privacy of our advertisers, and to present buyers or renters shortly after receiving them.
F) Timeshare Resort Resales vows to assist sellers and buyers through the sale or rental offering advice and outside contacts, as deemed necessary.
G) Timeshare Resort Resales assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made by any agent or distributor other than those specfically contained within the terms and conditions of our policy and our voice verification system.

H) All ads are posted within 24 Hours, pending approval and payment by consumer.
